1、Feature Introduction
Maskfog provides renewal services for static residential devices, data center renewal devices, and custom devices. Users can renew their devices manually or enable automatic renewal before the device expires.
2、Device Renewal Guide
2.1. Automatic Renewal
There are two ways to enable automatic renewal. Custom devices cannot enable the automatic renewal feature.
Method 1: Go to the “Purchase Device” page, where automatic renewal is enabled by default and can be manually turned off.
Method 2: Go to “Proxy Service,” filter by “Platform Devices” (only supported for platform devices), and open the “Auto-Renewal” button.
Note: Only “Platform Devices” support automatic renewal.
2.2. Manual Renewal
- Go to “Device Service,” select the device (custom/platform) you want to renew, and click “Renew.” Choose the renewal package and proceed with payment.
- Batch Renewal：Go to “Device Management,” select the corresponding type of proxy list, check the proxies you want to renew in bulk, click “Renew in batch,” choose the renewal package, and proceed with payment.
Note: Platform devices and custom devices cannot be renewed simultaneously; please renew them separately in bulk.
3、Important Notes
Here are some important points to keep in mind when using the renewal feature:
- To ensure the purity of static exclusive data center/residential devices, once the device expires, it is automatically destroyed and cannot be renewed. Please pay attention to the “Renewal Reminder” in the upper right corner and email notifications to track device expiration.For static residential/data center devices with automatic renewal enabled, the system will automatically renew the device using the account balance three days before the device expires. Please ensure that your account balance is sufficient in the “Billing Center.” Notifications will be sent through the internal message system and email, regardless of whether the automatic renewal is successful or not.The automatic renewal function for static residential/data center devices only deducts the price of the 30-day package. If you purchase a 90/180-day package and enable automatic renewal, the system will charge based on the 30-day package price on the renewal date.
